Creating new levels of sales and business development for an Irish automation company.
Goal: To create new opportunities with prospect customers with a willingness to explore completely new sectors.
Process: Beginning with research, we looked into a variety of industries such as automotive, medical, electronics and food processing to establish the company’s appetite for automation, arranging presentations and getting tender opportunities.
Using surveys, networking with our resources and cold calling skills, we identified several companies in three sectors that led on to quotations and the start of a new business relationship
