Identifying suitable suppliers for a multi-national company.

The brief was to find technically competent machining suppliers with ambition to deliver on several million dollars worth of components annually and help project manage the expansion and sustaining phase.

Results: The three companies became critical suppliers and two became partners within a short timeframe while growing capacity manufacturing a wide range of complex parts and electro-mechanical sub assemblies. The multi-national benefitted from world class service and in excess of $4.5 million in savings to date.
